MR. LESTER KEMP

Mr. Lester Kemp 92, lovingly known as Dada passed away on Friday, November 10, 2006 prayerfully surrounded by his family. He was a very good and loving Dad and a spoiling, doting Granddad.
L.H. was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Pauline E. Kemp and his grandson, Daniel Hutson.
His passion was watching pro baseball and he was a die hard fan of the Atlanta Braves. He looked forward each Spring to their television coverage as he “coached” them from his living room, becoming quite verbal as they often disappointed him.

He leaves behind to treasure his memory a son, Ronald Kemp and wife, Lita, two daughters, Mary Tuten and husband, Walter and Lynda Hutson and husband John; grandchildren, Donna, Mark and David; adopted granddaughter, Bev Cannady; six great grandchildren, Adam, Jonathan, Anna, William, Kathryn and Joshua, one sister, Mae Reeves and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside Services will be Monday, November 13, 2006 at 11 a.m. at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.

The family asked that in lieu of flowers, donation be made to Hospice Savannah Inc.
